What We Do

We’re a passionate team dedicated to creating the most delicious gelato for you to enjoy. Our products are not mass produced or preservative laden. Instead, each and every scoop is handcrafted with love in small batches from our gelato kitchen.

Our gelato and sorbet is made fresh using the ripest fruits, finest fairtrade chocolate, freshly baked cookies and decadent homemade sauces; all churned using local jersey milk from the fabulous Tilba Dairy.
Our menu is constantly evolving and includes a wonderful mix of classics and exciting new flavours, with a focus on Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan options.
Whether it’s a creamy Salted Caramel, a decadent Black Forest, or a refreshing Watermelon & Strawberry sorbet, we make sure there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Based in Bungendore NSW, we love popping up at parties and events across the local region to serve our handcrafted gelato and sorbet from our beautiful vintage carts.

After 20 years in the corporate world, I was looking for a change. I took the plunge and enrolled in the Carpigiani Gelato University to learn the art from the professionals. It was love at first sight.
For me, nothing is more satisfying than to watch the smiles on our customers faces as they take a moment in thier day to enjoy some amazing gelato.
